Differentiating UV Stamp & Self Ink Stamp

There are so many innovations available out there, and these innovations make life very easy. The flashiest and biggest innovations always get the most attention, and self inking stamps and UV stamps are examples. If you are going to use any of these two, then it is very important that you know how each operates and their importance.

Self Inking Stamps
The self ink stamps are special stamps that come along with a unique mechanism, and this mechanism will provide you with some ink into the rubber. There is always an ink pa built inside the stamp, which gives you a clear impression and will easily be positioned where it is supposed to be. The self ink stamps are also known as push down stamps, and this is so because of the rubber being pushed down the printing surface.

If you do not know about self ink stamp, then it is important for you to know that there are so many advantages of self ink stamps. The first advantage of self ink stamps is that they are very flexible for use, and this is mainly because they can easily be dismantled. This is very important and will facilitate the ink changing color at will. These stamps are also recyclable, which means that whenever you need to change any kind of information you can o it easily on the stamp. The only thing you will have to change is the rubber die.

The other thing that separates the self ink stamps from all the rest is that they are made from heavy duty plastics. These types of plastics have been designed in a way that they will give you years of quality, clear impressions. Apart from that, you will also notice that the stamp has a very easy to access pad. This pad may be reinked, and this will in return give you so many additional quality impressions. This feature cannot be found in other types of stamps.

The other thing that sets self ink stamps apart from all the rest is that they are very easy to use and inexpensive. For example, when you want to replace the ink pads and the self inking stamps can be very easy and should not be a problem. This will mean that you will be cranking stamps as long as you like, and this will be for affordable prices.

UV Stamps
UV stamps are one of the most common stamps available for use, and this is because of the unique designs that are created by UV stamps. In fact, when you go to many of the night clubs out there, you will notice that they are using UV stamps. If you are going to use UV stamps, then you should know about it.

The first thing you that makes UV stamp different from the other stamps and you should know about it is its depth engraving. The depth engraving is usually determined by the speed of the laser and the wattage of the rubber’s density. One example is when you use a 100w or 50 engravers; this will engrave the rubber faster and deeper. This will be much faster compared to a 25w machine. If you are using a good quality laser stamp, you need to make sure it has good ink transfer and strength properties.

The other thing you have to know about UV stamps, especially if you are going to use it on your skin. You need to know about the burning feeling UV stamps can give you. We all know that UV stamps are mostly used in clubs, and here they are placed in our hands. The ultra violet stamps have a dual bleaching process, and in real sense if you get use to this it might cause so much discomfort and pain to you. Therefore, you need to make sure you avoid using it a lot on your skin.

If you look at the two different inking stamps you will see they all have their advantages and disadvantages and they are also very different from one another. Therefore, you can go ahead and get the one that suits you best and one that will not harm you in any way at all.
